Hardwood Council and Sweets Network Promote

PITTSBURGH (July 23, 2010) – For all design/build professionals interested in learning more about North American hardwoods, the Hardwood Council recently launched a new page on McGraw Hill’s Sweets Network.  The site provides fast, reliable access to resource and product information, local manufacturers, even architectural applications - much like an online tradeshow - and is famous for connecting people, projects and products.

It’s all just a click away.  Simply visit www.sweets.com and search “the Hardwood Council.”  Once there, visitors have access to a library of project galleries that feature hardwoods in real-world applications.  Then from there, they can easily connect to www.HardwoodCouncil.com where even more information on North American hardwoods is available for download or request.  The website offers technical information plus an interactive species guide, complete with an instant stain simulator to assist with specifying hardwood species, grade, and stain combinations.  It’s valuable information available in minutes!
