HMA National Conference Updates

February 23, 2021

Good afternoon!

The 2021 HMA National Convention is a go for March 24-26 at the Austin Hyatt-Regency. For those of you that are comfortable traveling, I certainly hope you plan to join us in Austin. All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure protocols are in place for the health and well-being of our attendees.

I also realize that travel is a concern for many and some member companies are still observing travel bans. We have made arrangements for all learning sessions to be offered in real-time virtually. Which means, you will tune into the room, listen to the speakers and be able to pose questions should you desire.

Whether you plan to join us in Austin in person or virtually, you do need to register. Because of the significant expense involved in setting up this type of experience, there is a nominal fee to attend the sessions virtually. Register today and make plans to join the conversation.

If you plan to attend HMA’s National Conference and Expo in Austin, and have not yet done so, it is time to finalize your hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Austin.

  • HMA’s negotiated/discounted room rate of $259 Queen/King ends March 2.
  • Here is the Hyatt Regency online reservation link.
  • COVID protocols, under the guidance of the Hyatt Regency staff, will be in place to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Should you have questions about this hybrid event, contact us at info@hardwood.org. And as always, please do not hesitate to reach out to me should you have questions or concers – 412.215.9256.

It’s almost National Conference and Expo time, which means spring is right around the corner! I for one could not be happier and am looking forward to seeing you soon!

Linda

P.S. If you have already registered for the meeting, I apologize for the redundancy of the message.
