Now is the time to register for the next meeting of the Canadian Hardwood Bureau (CHB) which will take place on April 18-19, 2023 at the Double Tree by Hilton Montreal, 1255 Jeanne Mance St., Montreal, QC. Please book your hotel rooms today!
The Canadian Hardwood Bureau traditionally attracts over 100 dedicated hardwood industry professionals to our meeting each year. Our format allows you to maximize your time and we keep your costs down – by providing a convenient daily registration fee. Our members receive access to both days of our event for a registration fee of $200.
This event is being organized to provide those in the hardwood industry with the opportunity to get together, learn and network. The tentative schedule is as follows:

REGISTRATION RATES: To cover costs, we will charge a registration fee of $130 for members and $175 for non-members for Tuesday (lunch/meeting/evening reception) and $70 for members and $85 for non-members for Wednesday (breakfast, speaker, etc). We will send an email confirmation of receipt of your registration.
HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of April 17 and 18 at the Double Tree by Hilton Montreal, 1255 Jeanne-Mance St., Montreal. The rate is $229 plus applicable taxes for a Standard Room. Please book your room today by calling the Reservations Department at 1-514-285-1450 and please mention the Canadian Hardwood Bureau in order to get the group rate.
INDUSTRY HOCKEY GAME
We have arranged an industry hockey game on the morning of April 18, 2023. Those interested in playing hockey are asked to contact Jean Paul Lupien by email to express your interest; jeanpaul.lupien@hotmail.com. Thanks to Jean Paul for making the hockey arrangements.
