We hope this email finds you well and enjoying the fall season! We have two quick announcements regarding continuing education with NTC Wood Science.
Hardwood Lumber Grading Short Course Oct. 24th -26th
We will be hosting a three day short course on hardwood lumber grading in partnership with the Lake States Lumber Association Education. The proceeds from this class go to fund different forestry products education and outreach events across the state. Attached is a flyer with the details and you can register here. NOTE: If you are a member of LSLA, you do receive a price discount on registration!
Continuing Education Housing Survey:
Exciting things are happening at the NTC Wood Technology Center! There has been such a buzz around our short term educational offerings with the saw filing programs as well as the new training sawmill expansion we are looking into housing options for our cont. ed. participants. We are in a data gathering stage and would love if you could help us out by completing a brief survey with regards to what is important regarding housing for our students.
