The program is “Gen Z: Bridging the Generational Gap Within the Lumber Industry” by Toye Oshoniyi, Risk Advisor with Dominion Risk Advisors Inc., Roanoke, VA. Gen Z’s perception of the lumber industry is evolving and there’s still a lot more you could do to attract the next generation of workers. There are solutions available to recruit, retain, and create succession and ultimately sustainability for your organization in this unique time of our multigenerational workplace.

**GOLF**
Blue Hills Golf Club (2002 Blue Hills Dr. NE, Roanoke, VA). Tee times begin at 10:30 AM. The golf fee is $55 and does not include a driving range (available for an additional fee paid at the course). Golf must be paid in advance. Registration and payment may be made online or by calling the ALC office.
**SPORTING CLAYS**
Preserve at Crooked Run (1356 Camp Fincastle Ln, Fincastle, VA). Begins at 11:00 AM (please arrive at 10:30). The cost is $85 for 100 rounds including cart. Fee will be paid at the location. Shells are available for purchase at approx. $14 per 12ga. box of 25 and gun rental on-site is $50.
Social is 6-7p.m. and Dinner is at 7p.m. There will be a cash bar during dinner and a hotel bar afterward.
