The company has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships across the hardwood lumber industry.
Spell Capital’s investment was made in partnership with MacDonald & Owen’s existing leadership team, who will continue to lead the business and maintain a meaningful ownership stake.
