Hardwood Industry Invited to OSHA Heat Hazard Webinar
Our allies with the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association are inviting members of the hardwood industry to participate in a webinar outlining OSHA’s proposed program for heat hazards. Under this program, OSHA will conduct proactive inspections, indoors and outdoors, for heat-related hazards.
OSHA’s target list of industry includes:
Sawmills and wood preservation
Warehousing and Storage
Freight transportation arrangements
Commercial and industrial machinery & equipment
