Empty Container Routing Changes

Effective May 6, 2022, the Georgia Ports Authority will change empty container routing and storage procedures for the following shipping lines and container types:

  • Yang Ming: 40HC – Empty return to C&C Maintenance, 487 Bourne Ave, 31408.  (NOTE: This is a new Yang Ming depot)
  • Hyundai Merchant Marine: 40HC – Empty return to ITS ConGlobal, 321 Grange Rd, 31408.
  • Turkon: 40HC – Empty return to ITS ConGlobal, 124 Prosperity Dr, 31408.
  • ZIM: 20DR – Empty return to ITS ConGlobal, 124 Prosperity Dr, 31408.
  • Maersk: 40 DR and 20DR – Empty return to CMC, 1 Kaiser Chemical Rd, 31408.

All other types of equipment for these shipping lines may be returned to the Port of Savannah’s Garden City Terminal.
